The word “health“ comes from the old English word “healp“ meaning “wholeness, a being whole, sound or well.“ A healthy life is generally associated with good health and a sustainable balance between life and work. How do you combine the demands of work with family life? How do integrate exercise and nutrition, or choose between spending time with others and reserving time for yourself?
In a unique joint initiative, Igelösa Life Science Community and Upspring Coaching & Consulting offer corporate leaders and other interested individuals a comprehensive medical check-up integrated with life coaching. Life Check takes place during a visit at the exclusive Igelösa Life Science Community centre near the picturesque city of Lund, Sweden. The visit will give you the opportunity to rest and reflect in beautiful surroundings. With Life Check you invest in yourself for the benefit of those you care for at home and lead at work.

The package includes:
•One whole day (two nights) with full board in a private room with en suite bathroom
•A thorough medical check-up that screens all organ systems and identifies possible health risk factors. A supplementary exercise test to evaluate cardiovascular, pulmonary and aerobic capacities is also possible
•A private consultation with Prof. Stig Steen M.D., Ph.D. to review and discuss test results
•A private consultation with a staff nutritionist
•A customised personal development program with a life coach
The length of the visit, the extent of the medical check-up and the terms of the coaching agreement can be customised. Life Check is offered to individual clients, as well as groups. It can be combined with a board meeting at Igelösa or a corporate retreat under the direction of Dr. Axel Carlberg.
