Axel Carlberg is the man behind Upspring.

Axel has a doctorate in ethics from Lund University and is a certified coach in accordance with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards. He has many years of experience of ethics analysis and consultation having served as researcher in medical ethics at Lund University, ethics reviewer for the European Commission in Brussels and ethics consultant for the private and the public sector in Sweden.

Axel has also a long experience in furthering personal development through his past work as priest and spiritual counsellor. Axel brings to all his undertakings a rich multi-cultural perspective from his life in Mexico, Canada, France and Sweden as well as a deep personal conviction of every person’s inviolability, dignity and immense potential. Axel’s many national and international contacts in academia, health-care, church, industry, finance and the public sector bring to Upspring a rich and varied competence that ultimately benefits our clients.
